On that note, my current employer has some rather large weed plants growing in the horse field, which they probably haven't noticed yet (or are more likely ignoring). One of my colleagues smokes it. They're fine with it and I'm not going to say anything, given my liberal outlook. (It doesn't have any negative impact on me, as far as I can tell, so it's none of my business.)
