This guy (Scar) moved in with me 8 years ago today when he was about 2 months old and has become my best buddy. Of course, he doesn't ACT that way because he has a reputation to uphold, but underneath all that furry aggression he prefers being close to me when he sleeps.

Got three new (to me) albums in the mail - Thursday (1) and Friday (2) - all by Neil Young (which makes 25 of his albums I have now out of close to 50 released over his career). These three are all mid-80s releases and all very different from one another - 'Life' is a hard-rocking album recorded with Crazy Horse as the backing band, while 'Old Ways' is a very country album and has Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and many others from that genre supplying the backing.
