The parrots that couldn’t stop swearing.🦜😁 Five African grey parrots named Billy, Eric, Tyson, Jade, and Elsie were separated at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park in England after repeatedly shouting swear words at visitors. The birds had learned the profanity while quarantined together and would encourage each other by squawking insults, often followed by loud “laughter.” Although many visitors found the parrots hilarious and often laughed back, the park separated them to stop them from egging each other on and teaching the behavior to other parrots. The park’s CEO even said they received virtually no complaints, the move was mainly to manage the birds’ behavior, not because visitors were offended.
