Why am i not gaining points even though i'm publishing an article?

Last night, nagsulat ako ng nagsulat ng pagkahaba haba then i don't know there's a pop up saying that hindi ko na muna magagamit ang wallet ko. So, i ask to the group that the reseting of points is 12 am because i publish another article but there's no points added. I don't know why, i'am confused right now and the worst part is hindi ko sya na screen shot. That the sad thing. What am i gonna do? Please someone help me and explain what happened?
