I very recently suffered a low point in my life. My faith in family was severely shaken. The symptoms of depression were looming overhead but I remembered that through all the hardship I am brave. Rather than thinking of the horrible things I endured I considered all the great things that could come from being free from certain toxic famiy members. I finally woke up and smelled the flowers.
