Starting from every mondays down to all fridays and even some saturdays can be categorized as our days of being engaged with either one or two more things that puts some amount of money in our pockets hence it becomes routinal that the circular flow of life as regards a round the clock work will continue to go on and on as if our total life depends tottally on it.

For me, irrespective of what is the employers views as regards how issues with their work should come inspite of the employees time for a rest or to take a vacation or something very close to it, i still believe that life is a little more far from such thought of a mordern day slavery where people are either forced by the threat of sack or otherwise to give all their time into another man's buisiness hence i expect some changes in those respect.

What i'm trying to reveal to us now is the real issue that is in existence and it is that of balancing one's life and a general view to situations that appear as absurd whether we find ourselves in an office or not.

Regrettably, most employers have engaged their employees in such a way that it almost becomes very much practically impossible to even muscle out a single time for yourself in which other things are met hence i say sorry to you if that is your problem at the moment.

Now the questions will be, what are the best workable ways of helping oneself escape such an ugly time demanding situation? Well, let's take a little chunk of our time in order to look into some few ways we could right the wrong.

Set your priorities

Having a set order of priorities would help a great deal in ensuring that one knows what to do and the essence of the none or limited availabilty of the every elusiveness of time to achieve that.

Outline your scale of preference

By scale of preference, we mean arranging all your set orders of priorities in the order and manner of utmost importance. It can be represented on a tabular form for an easy understanding of the main purpose that is of course at hand.

Therefore, when such is met or drawn, then it will be very much advisable that one picks up from there in order to avoid the flurry of mistake making or a possible duplications of the already solved issues or problems as the case may be.

Work out the modalities for which your target is reached.

It is often said that an idle mind is the devil's workshop, yes that statement seems to have every iota of truism in it as we must from time to time work out a way or many many ways of achieving our aims.

It could be in the form of taking a break from work for vacation purpose or even a rest leave where your already shreded and broken down body would be needing so amount of rehabilitation in order to help fix it and return it almost to its normal state of well being.

Engage in some sporting activities or events.

There is an adage that says and i quote, "every work without a play makes jack a dull boy". How superb that little cute statement of actual fact is to the ears but the absolute reality is if I, you and even we, do it and if that's the case, to what extent is it being done.

Take for example, a man who works from mondays to frudays and who barely had enough time for himself, now happens to see an opprotunity of a rest and that of engaging in a sport and doesn't do it or take his chances in anyway, what do you think such a man is inviting to himself after the whole daily, weekly, monthly and of course yearly struggles if not STRESS?

Therefore, whether we like it or not, engaging in any form of sporting activities will help us to stay healthy, strong and fit at all times irrespective of our age declines and its limitedness in allowing us carry on with these rigourous exercises.

As we know, there are such proven health issues that require some care is taken in order to stay disease free and how do we do this you may ask, simply put, by exercising one's body would do the expected magic. These medically proven health issues can be in the forms of;

  1. Stress

  2. Fatigue

  3. Brain tumours

  4. RestlessnessRestlessness

  5. Tiredness

  6. General body weakness

  7. And many more.

It must be noted however that even scripturally, it is a proven fact about exercise and it is found at the bible book of 1 Timothy 4:8 (the king james version). Here, the scriptures talks about the exercise as I quote here in part, "for the bodily exercise is unto little profit...", as being benefitial or profitable for either a while or litte.

What it does mean is that even the scriptures being God's holy book also recognizes the due importance of exercising one's body despite what our engagements are in life. Below are pictures of the kind of exercise I engaged myself with today in a bid to fulfilling that above quoted scriptural injunction that says, "...bodily exercise profitable for..."

Hehehehe!!! Can you see the real thing i'm talking about here with respect to exercising one's body? Of course yes cos what you are seeing there are a group of boys engaging in an open play football with myself rightly in their midst.

Iam the guy on a blue striped track suit trouser closer to one of the player guys who is on a blue coloured shirt hahaha. That is the spirit of the game and the behinde the scene enjoyable moments about it since we've never taken our footballing skills across the global stage.

Hahaha hahaha! Can you see more lovely pictures of how we exercise our bodies on every saturday's morning? I really can't finish saying my untold joy with respect to this exercise I do every saturdays and the amount of relief I get each time i'm done with playing.

I believe you all can give it a shot in case you have not been doing this considering its biblical and proven medical benefits performing such exercise brings in its arsenal.

Take reaponsiblity from today and ensure gone to be those days it doesn't have to elude you anymore good evening.

I love sports, walking any time... but sadly, I live near a place where we do not have any park or open area for sports.. I hate that...
