***It's no news that Chelsea was banned as regards transfer of players, they could only sell but cannot buy.*** ***This gave room to young players to spring up and showcase themselves and some created a niche for themselves like Mason Mount.*** ***With Pulisic blustering the attack and the imminent sale of Willian to Arsenal, Chelsea had to reinforce by signing Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner.*** ***They are also on the way to Sign Kai Havertz and Regullion which will be a massive turnaround for the team.*** ***Let's hope for the best.***
