Feeling sick for a few days. Can't find any peace in work, at home, with people surround me. Sick doesn't effect my mind, but the bad feelings for no reason hindering me doing anything

Been where you are now. It is not easy but you must try to tap into your innner psyche and find your inner strength to lift yourself up. Especially since there is no comfort in the people who are around you. It's not their fault. They can only TRY to lift you up. But the only person who knows what is going on inside of you is YOU. For me, I remembered things in the past when I was happy. For example, there was certain music from my childhood that comforted me. I played that music or I sang the songs in my head. Music is amazing for the psyche. It doesn't have to be music. It could be an old movie, a book, art, etc. ONLY YOU know what is in your heart and mind. Rght now, you are in a black hole. YOU must be the one to climb out of it. Nobody can make your RISE UP. (P.S. I will pray for you. <3 )

  Yeah! That's a good idea! I should go for a trip, alone or with some friends. The only way my mind can get fresh! The touch of the nature 🤍 Town feel me toxic most of the time
