Before sending $4 consolidate fees was almost $0.30-$0.35 After update noise.cash it reduced almost 99%. But that’s effecting on BitcoinCash blockchain. BitcoinCash transaction also reducing day by day. I don’t know exactly but maybe 15-20% of BCH blockchain transactions were completed through noise.cash. Now it has come down to 1-2% (just a thought) What do you think? Maybe noise.cash purpose was micro transaction of BCH?

No idea here. But maybe, noise.cash has the purpose of having micro transactions like you said, in BCH.
