You don’t need expensive phone for capturing such a bright photo of night but you need an application. If your phone has Snapdragon (over 600+) or Helio G processor then the application will be suitable for your device. I used TR camera spring application for capturing it. The application also known as Google camera. The 1st picture took almost 7 minutes to capture. I had to hold it stable.
