The value of land is a lot like cryptocurrency. If you own a piece of land, and if you hold it, the price of that land will gradually increase like Bitcoin or BitcoinCash. As you can see in my picture, the place where the construction work was going on was completely ours. But we sold the land because we needed a lot of money. When we sell the land, they pay us about $15,000. But currently this place is worth more than $200,000. I now think that I can buy anything and hold it for the rest of my life. Hahaha
