Pakan Pitha One of the most famous pitha (cake) in our country. This pitha made with flour, suger, salt. Then fried that in boiled oil. This pitha test so amazing. There is a proverb that if you eat this cake and go to the palm tree on a dark night, you will be possessed by a ghost. Haha

At first glance, it looks like our Filipino bread called Noypi bread, but its differ in ingridients since you had it simple and looks delicious.
