If you want to achieve something in life, you have to set a goal towards it. But the goal must be bigger than you want. Suppose your roll is 40 in class but you want your roll to be 20. If you start studying for 20 rolls, you will see that your roll 20 will not come. But if you start studying for roll 10, you will see that your roll will come down from 20. That's why you have to keep your goal high at all times, so high that it is out of anyone's reach. You can reach a better position even if you can't climb the highest. :)
