I don't have any idea about prompt.cash. I saw an option at 1bch.com "Get SmartBCH" I felt curious and clicked on it. It redirect me to prompt.cash where I saw select max, where 38.8 BCH was available and required a SmartBCH to exchange BCH. But the fact is, I check my wallet, tokens, there wasn't any amount like that to exchange. Then what's it? What will happen if I give my sBCH address and exchange? I thought it would be better to know about it before going to exchange. Haha. Do you familiar with this option? Check it out yours. Haha

The prompt.cash/bridge does not connect to your wallet. It is a separate website that offers the possibility to send BCH to ANY SmartBCH address. The amount is the current maximum amount of BCH that can be converted. I have used the bridge several times. One disadvantage compared to hop.cash is that you have to wait for one confirmation.
Does it take fees like hop.cash? I feel comfort with coinflex, now it become more fast than before with zero fees
Yes, it take the same fees 0.1% as hop. I also use coinflex, but only for larger amounts, for flexUSD and FLEX transfer.
Okay, got it. Thanks Mr. Telesfor for clarify
I guess that's the liquidity. If you own 39 BCH and want to swap to SmartBCH there is not enough available. That's all I guess.
