When I give them love reacts after reading some content, 80% of the users are not getting any tips. Which has been happening for 30 minutes since noise.cash was shut down. It looks like a new update. And I don't understand any of the new updates. Is it because of the limit of react in every user's content? However, those who are getting tips are getting 2-3 times more tips per reaction.
