Suicide is not a joke

Every year, suicide is among the top 20 leading causes of death globally for all ages. Every 40 seconds, someone commits suicide. On the other hand, in the Philippines, it's every 3.5 hours. This is a wake up call for each and every one of us to take care of each other especially in this trying times. Simply checking up on your family, friends, colleagues, teachers or classmates can help a lot. Suicide is something we should not take lightly– it's a symbol for lost hope.
