Leadership, Not a Position

Many people believe that leadership is just being a boss. However, leadership is actually a process, not a position. There are also times when people interchangeably use leadership and management. Majority of people now recognize that there is a substantial difference between the two. Management is at its finest when things stay the same. In Leadership we deal with people and their movement, which are continually fluctuating. They are never constant. One of the biggest challenges of leadership is to initiate change and promote growth. Those require movement is intuitive in moving up from one dimension of leadership to the next.
