Simple lockouts happen to many of us , possibly based on random factoids such as + our ip.address + our account history + URL links inside the text + the connections read.cash relies upon such as the BCH node + policies the provider hosting read.cash imposes midstream + a random geo-fencing being enacted by malevolent internet relays. The whole internet is a global battlefield these days.
