My Mom's Sister brought a banana in our house last last last day, which is given from their friends also. And because it's been a long time already since we last eat a Banana once it's ripen I prepared a "Turon" or "Banana Spring Roll" to be our merienda.

Guys, Banana here in our place is so expensive now, like a piece already cost 4php which is so expensive na for us, lol. Because, we can have it for free that's why nakakapanibago, lol. Actually, I already cooked 7 pieces of Turon this morning. But because we miss it so much, and there's still wrapper left from this morning, I decided to make it as our merienda again, this is actually my 4th eat. Breakfast, Merienda, Lunch and Merienda, yayyy I think I can complete my 5 eat per day today yayy yayy, what's Dinner, dinner, dinner.

But first, for those who didn't know "Turon" or "Banana Spring Roll" I will share some information about it. This is one of the most eat as snack together with Banana cue, Camote cue and Maruya here in the Philippines. This is easy to prepare because it only has three main ingredients, which is Banana, Sugar and the Spring Roll. If you want it with a twist you can use junkfruit, mango, cheese or sweet potato.

Ingredients

  • Banana (Saba)

  • Spring Roll or Lumpia Wrapper

  • Brown Sugar

  • Oil

Preparation

  • Peel your Bananana, because we only have 4 wrapper left I only use 5 pieces of Banana.

  • Ready the wrapper and slowly you know separate it from sticking with each other.

  • Cut Banana into 4, your're asking why I cut it into four? Because....

  • Put it in a bowl and sprinkle a little sugar to make it more sweet that your ex's and shaky shaky it to blend the sugar.

  • After you blended the sugar in the Banana, you can now wrap it. You decide if what SIZE do you want. It's still a banana no matter what the size is but off course the bigger the better.

  • Heat you're cooking oil, turn it into medium heat and wait for it to heat. And once heated, put the Banana Spring Rolls and wait for it to be cooked.

  • And then done! Served it while it's hot, pasuin natin ba.

As you can see there are two sizes there. A short one and the long one. I preferred a long Turon because di sya nakakabitin, I prepared that for me the longer the better, hmmmm. While the short one it's for motherdear, you can see that both side has covered with wrapper right? That's because to avoid it from sipping too much oil which is bad to my Mom.

Preparing this Banana Spring Roll was so easy, you just need 3, I'm sure all you has oil in their kitchen so let's remove that to the ingredients. Ang lakas ng loob kong eshare yang gawa ko, may side naman na sunog, lol. But anyway the important thing is I finally eat Turon.

And I just want to share something, when I eat sweets food it should be faired with salty food, like junk foods, heh 😚.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Mamamasko po πŸŽ€.
