This is my version of this post called "Many were called but few are chosen". It's a very good article on how much Read.Cash changed. This can be considered a review from what I had back at the start of June, so you can check it too.
Some stuff had greatly changed since my Start-of-June review. The points system has turned from an exploitable mess into a semi-random "do X for Y number of points" towards a more sensible yet complicated "keep writing and you will get points" system. This is a good thing for actual writers, as the 0.5% reward doesn't get wasted at all, and spam's reduced to near-zero. Everything was shifted around.
The Forums, which turned into a mess of spam, was decommissioned. The Communities saw greater spotlight as showing off bundles of content which really shows the importance of writing unique articles and making sure these articles are up the task of Read.Cash's amazing community themselves.
However, this had the offset of stopping the flow of a multitude of new users, who may have heard that "Read.Cash allows you to get money by commenting on posts!" or "Read.Cash gives you money by making blogs!"
It's a funny thing, really. All that arrives now are good posts with high-quality content. And I can even see lots of "I've been scammed" posts alongside posts that tell about a story now. And they show off new users' posts too!
Read.Cash isn't perfect, yes, but true perfection isn't one without having hardships. In the fight against spam and getting net payment, they have managed to taper the curve of spam-bringing users and create more useful and important content on the site.
Heck, all you really need to do right now is make sure you have the greatest content you can possibly muster and watch as the fund spends its new limit (instead of the 0.5% of the whole fund) in sharing it to others. Points were once things to look out for, but right now, it's so random you don't know if you should actually just ignore it or watch your money flow.
Of course, that's all because of @Read.Cash 's efforts in this.
I'd like to thank everyone for being here, bringing this community to its heights. I'd like to thank @MarcDeMesel for bringing us $100,000 worth of funding. I'd also like to thank people who had done their way to make blog posts asking about certain topics and @ReactionChannel for further explaining things.
And most of all, Bitcoin itself. Even if Blockstream ruined things, this is proof that we can still rise even as a minority chain.
Inspiration comes from reading others articles, thanks for the reference. And your article here added more depth to the discussion of the season in read.cash
