Hmm... I thought of a nuclear option when spammers and scammers are still around. Not the best plan, but involves blocking VPN IPs and IPs based upon the most places with scammers. Granted, I won't be able to post here if that happens, but if it needs to be done, it should be done. Or maybe I should just get Coins.ph to get a minimum BCH requirement so their servers can rest a bit every time someone gets their fill of tips.
