There's a really good advantage when using Detoken.net, and that is the fact that it uses BitPay's REST API. I can simply glance at https://bitpay.com/exchange-rates/ to see if I will get more BCH (price going down or more USD (price going up). As of the monent, it looks more like more BCH at the moment. My largest Hedge/1x Short is all my ~0.15 BCH at $510. Before anyone says that my privacy will be lost and I'm a hypocrite, well you can't really explain these things without revealing them. And it's on the blockchain too.
