The irony of keeping something for value is that once the thing you deem to have value loses value, you're just holding a bunch of useless crap. And yes, unless BCH adoption increases, this is our problem, haha. But BTC's close to getting theirs being called worthless, considering they're doing so hard to close other coins out, haha.

BTC is almost useless, it is not yet worthless because there are still people who have not realised the uselessness and buy it. That's why the price is holding up or even going up, but it will end.
I think a bit of both since the "double-spend scare" managed to make a company abandon all Bitcoin holdings.
