I was shock upon opening my Metamask wallet a while ago seeing my 0.08 bch is worth $160??? Obviously it is a bug, but a sudden question came into my mind... When will this happen?

BCH was almost that high in the last bull run, so it'll happen much quicker than we'd expect. I'd say the moment the world realizes what SMARTBCH fully does you'll see BCH go that high.
