Do you know what this is? We called it Saluyot (jute mallow) It is my wife's favorite but i hate it the most because of its slimy texture. She will be cooking Inabraw (vegetable stew), a combination of jute leaves and grated bamboo shoots. A well know recipe here in our province. Good Morning!
