I got up from my bed with neck and upper back pain. I did some stretches but it does not relieve the pain. Rest assured I am still in a positive mood. All things are possible today. Had to try my best to plant though there are lots of chickens by the neighbor that keeps coming and destroying my plant. Had to take several times replanting.
