Everyone over the age of forty needs to have their brain, heart and arteries not only in a working position but also in a good and standard working position, this can only happen when proper diet , Exercise, avoid smoking and lead a calm lifestyle to ensure heart, brain and arteries health

Heart Attack:

The primary cause of a heart attack is hardening of the arteries. In the same way, the flow of blood inside the arteries becomes so narrow that the heart does not get the blood it needs. So it runs like a motor engine that doesn't get the petrol it needs.

There are two types of heart attacks one's that cannot be controlled those are:

3) Being A Man (Men have more chances of heart attack as compared to women)

Those types that can be controlled include:

1) Smoking

2) Saturated Fat And High Amount Of Cholesterol

3) High blood pressure

4) Diabetes

5) Obesity

6) Mental stress

These you can control with your diet and some with your will. And most important one of them is smoking. By quitting smoking you can save yourself from potential heart attacks.
