Hubby harvested some green Papaya yesterday. So this morning I was very busy making this Pickled Papaya (Atchara). Making this is easy, but the hardest part is thr grating of some ingredients. Happy Dinner, Happy Tummy! And we're about to have our dinner. I just finished preparing Java Rice & Chicken Pastil. Hubby is amazed with what I cooked for them. Feeling Chef again. Lol! It was a sunny day from morning 'til afternoon, but it's also raining........raining from Cashrain. I forgot who's link/invite I followed, I was too curious and excited to see Cashrain, I just clicked an invite but I wasn't able to read the username. Thank you anyway, whoever you are. Happy Weekend! I almost forgot it's Saturday today. I woke up my son late. And now he's in a hurry. Oh so sorry for that, it's my fault. I prepared his breakfast, and he finished all the Lumpiang Shanghai only. I will go to the nearby market now. I have lots of orders for my homebusiness and I need to finish some of them this week. So tomorrow I need to buy some ingredients and start making another batch for my homebusiness. I had Pork Tonkatsu with myTeriyaki Sauce, as requested by my family. I've been so busy today from the time I woke up. I didn't even had a chance to take a short nap. I've been so busy attending to my parent's needs, household chores, homebusiness, store, etc....... And I am doing it all alone. So tired..... By the way, who doesn't love Dried Fish? I took this pictures the other day. Surprisingly, the prices are getting higher also. I usually go to the big public market to choose good quality dried fish for my home business. I will take a rest now i hope I can sleep longer. I will need lots of energy tomorrow. Busy again.
