I've been reading some of the post here. And I can feel the sadness. Is it really true that this platform will soon be gone? Are you sure? Is there any announcement about it? I've been part of this for 1 year and 2 months. And this is a part of my everyday life, a BIG part actually. How about this Channel? How about our friendship here? New There's a new Milk Tea Shop in our neighborhood. I was checking the prices and their menu. Aside from their milk tea, they also have Silog and Siomai rice, and shawarma. And according to them, there will be addional snacks in a few days. This is a big hindrance to my diet and wallet. Lol! It's a gloomy and windy afternoon here. Late breakfast I just had my late breakfast because Mom asked to buy their basic needs for today. So I had to rushed to the nearby market so I can choose fresher veggies, meat, and fish for her. We'll have our dinner now. I cooked this Pork with Mushroom in Oyster Sauce. Gloomy day here. A little bit cold. I hope heavy rain won't fall tonight. After dinner, I will think again what to buy, prepare, cook for tomorrow's lunch and dinner. It's Momshies problem everyday, especially now that everything is expensive and we have a tighter budget. Covid variant I was watching news. And saw that there's another new variant of the virus Covid-19. But we all notice that people now are ignoring the news about it. We don't give much time about it. We give more time on how to go back to our normal life. We are focusing on how to spent our money wisely. We are more worried and concerns about the prices of our basic commodities. My Own Version This was our dinner. My version of Spicy Pork & Tofu Sisig. I topped it with crispy pork skin. I love it sizzling. I always do my own version of my families' favorite food. I do my own research, taste test, jot down the ingredients, watch videos etc... Because I want to serve my own version for my family. It's going to be my Trademark for them. Hunger solved! Sweet Monday Cakes & Pastries just arrived. I ordered online for my Dad's snacks later. I asked him what food I should buy for him. He just answered " delicious & soft". I cooked Spicy Pork Caldereta for dinner. I was in the middle of cooking when 2 of my friends visited me. So I stopped cooking. And when they left, that's when I continue what I was doing. And so I finished it. BUT......... I forgot to cook our rice! LOL! When my friends left, my cousin also visited me and brought some donuts. So we had our late dinner. Weekend is almost over. My son arrived from work an hour ago. I told him I am already sleepy. But I saw him getting something from his backpack. He handed me a cheeseburger. He said that I should eat it now while it's still hot. I don't want to disappoint him and to show I appreciated his effort, so I ate it fast. Need to brush my teeth again before going to bed.
