Mom sent this Pancit Bihon to me. I am so busy that I didn't notice it's already time for lunch. So I just cooked some sausages to match with this Bihon. It's 9 days before Christmas. I am not suppose to be this busy because there's lesser preparation for Christmas. But I am also in charge for my parents needs for Christmas. I will help Mom in preparing their foods for Christmas.
