Happy Friday-licious! Monggo with toasted pork for lunch. I still don't know why Filipino loves to eat Monggo every friday. But for me , I cooked it any day of the week when I crave for it. I saw a lot of people in the market this morning. Everyone is rushing to buy all the foods and ingredients for their Noche Buena. I don't rush anymore. I have prepared everything I need for our simple Christmas dinner for tomorrow. HOW'S YOUR CHRISTMAS PREPARATION?
