I love Cakes. These was the cake I baked in 2007. It was my first time to bake. I did it in Japan. I had all the ingredients, but I don't have an Oven then. I really wanted to bake, I said to myself that I should try. And so, I cooked it in my Rice Cooker! That was successful. And I mixed the Icing ingredients manually. Yes, I did it! Now I have my Oven. I can bake whatever I want. I usually bake my children's favorite cookies, brownies, crinkles, etc. I'll do it again.....SOON! Happy Baking, BAKERS! #baking
