Just finished our Friday Lunch I was about to prepare and cook our lunch. But I received a message from my sister. She said that she packed and sent this Lechon Paksiw for me and for my Mom. Bingo! I just saved another meal for today. What I prepared will be our dinner for tonight. Free Food are realy Yummy! Lol! Oh so hot here! The heat is on! Hydrate yourself. Find time to rest.
