After a few hours, weekend is over. So enjoy the rest of it. I cooked my version of Sizzling Pork Sisig for tonight's dinner. My husband asked me why do I need to exert more effort for this. I told him that I'm doing it for my son, because I want my son to have his favorite food after a whole day of hard work. I am a mother, and my happiness is seeing my children's smiling because they are satisfied with the foods I prepared for them Now I'm already thinking of what to cook tomorrow. Time to relax now.
