ESPAÑOL (for English, read below): Uno de los artistas japoneses que más influencia tuvo en mí, fue sin duda Leiji Matsumoto, quien junto con Go Nagai se volvieron mis primeras referencias en el mundo del manga y el anime. Leiji Matsumoto es más conocido por su obra "Capitán Harlock". Realizó el diseño de personajes como "El Galáctico" y "El Vengador", por mencionar algunos. Uno de sus más recientes trabajos fue en anime que acompañó el Soundtrack del disco Discovery de Daft Punk: Interstella 6666. El estilo de Matsumoto-san es una combinación de shounen y shojo, ya que sus inicios fueron en este segundo género. Por lo tanto, sus personajes tienen un trazo bastante sólido, los personajes masculinos son muy imponentes y a la vez tienen una delicadeza y un toque estilizado que los hace únicos y reconocibles. Vi la pleícula en 3D que hicieron de Capitán Harlock y quedé enamorada de cómo llevaron esta historia.
