Gaming + NFTs = match made in heaven. Honestly, in my humble opinion, that’s about the most useful thing the NFT technology is being used for at the moment. Not so much with art. I just don’t feel there’s that much demand for artworks by ordinary netizens. Besides, a good chunk of the people buying digital art are doing it for speculative reasons. However, gamers are having a blast while playing, earning and collecting all these tokens in the process. Most of them are doing it for the in-game economies created by the NFT tech. But that’s just my humble two satoshis.
