Yeah, I think making a community a point-free zone is something we can do.
im going to make a prediction here, that #1 is not going to be enough and you will have to do #2 as well
#1 is pretty easy to do, #2 requires a lot of thinking and quite a bit more complex (it will probably require some form of blind-escrow contract, because we won't hold other people's money), so not in the near future.
Thank you. I've set my community to be point-free, and hopefully that will help mitigate some of the submission spam.
Have you thought of creating a banning system in order to fight spammers? Maybe a moderator could ban a spammer from the community/-ies s/he moderates...

No religion or politics?
It's near impossible to judge whether these are spam or not, it's too easy to get under fire for approving one and not approving another one.
Also to be clear, these topics are OK, but we won't be accepting these communities to be featured.

It looks like I cannot delete posts that got auto-accepted in my "Dreams" community. It simply throws a pop-up that says "Error happened" or something like that. No further details though.

Or could be a motivation for a reader to learn a new language... Or a motivation for an author to write an article in the languages accepted by a community, as long as s/he speaks/writes in any of those accepted... I think it would be useful for language learning communities...
