Two frogs spun and fell into a hole. There were many more frogs inside the hole who somehow fell into the hole. This time the two new frogs started jumping out of the hole. Then the old frog shouted and said it was impossible to get out of this hole. Yet the two frogs did not listen to anyone and kept trying. Meanwhile, the old frogs shouted in the same way, saying that it was impossible to get out of the hole. One of the two frogs stopped jumping when he heard the old frogs. But another frog started jumping louder. Finally, after trying for a while more, the frog was able to jump out.

Now you must be wondering why the second frog did not stop jumping, in fact the second frog could not hear the ear. So when all the frogs were waving their arms and legs and shouting that it was impossible, he thought everyone was encouraging him to jump louder. So he started jumping louder.
