based on my understanding, superiors and inferiors are the roles need to fulfilled specially in field of jobs, in order to organize everything there must be leaders and followers, leaders is superiors and followers are inferiors that need to follow the orders came from superiors, however, when something is wrong, it's not necessary to follow the superiors, as an inferior you need to do the right thing as long as you know that it can help.
