Visited Taiwan November 2018. Part of the trip is Taichung and get the chance to visit this colorful little village known as the "Rainbow Village" located at Nantun District. Unique on its own, this place is a side trip when travelling south. With its vivid colors, it's perfect for you to take colorful collection of photos. This place was built for the Kuomintang soldiers who first came over Taiwan after the Chinese Civil war. It is pretty amazing what the 86-year-old (his age when he started painting - 2009) could do on his paint brushes, and his paintings expresses his world view of matters big and small. So when you plan to visit Taiwan, include this in your itineraries. Take a close-up look on the houses and get to hear a little more about their history. This place is admission free.😉👌 #2018Travel #TaiwanTrip #CompanyTripIncentive #JustSharingAnOverloadedExperience #RBLopezTravelDiary #Travellers
