The whole conbined Inflation/Shrinkflation thing is getting outta hand in Europe, not only are you paying more for food products, you are getting way less than your paying extra for. But this isn't a new phenomenon, it has been going on for years, theft at both ends. Its time to shop wisely, stop buying big name brands that are happy to charge you more for less, use BCH to purchase whole foods, fruit, veg and everyday essentials. Shop for your needs, not your wants, they only do this because you are prepared to accept. STOP ACCEPTING IT AND IT WILL SOON STOP. #Inflation #Shrinkflation #bch

Yeah its difficult to find anything that hasn't been affected in some way, those buying direct from farmers or growing their own foods will save the most, I'm currently in the process of having an aquaphonics system built
