There seems to be no end in sight as exchange after blocks withdrawls, giving people a clear reason why you should not have funds on these exchanges, other than to exchange quickly and withdraw to your secure wallet. But I guess some just never learn a lesson from past mistakes. Hotbit becomes the latest exchange to block withdrawls after law enforcement freezes assets and subpeonas senior management. If you became victim to one of these exchanges, maybes its hightime you reconsider your strategy, are those high annaul yeilds really worth the risk. Not your keys, not your money. Never really felt comfortable trading on hotbit. Had an account there but only because of LBR, never traded any other coins there.
I feel the same with many exchanges, especially CEXs, I prefer using DEXs but still only for a quick trade
