Its already Sunday and almost 1 am Philippines time. Happy Mother's Day to all the brave woman of the world! My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer while on vacation in New Jersey last April 2020 amidst the chaos of pandemic. She used to take Xander to school while my sister is in her part time job. But because of pandemic and my mom being sick she can't work anymore. She used the opportunity to work while my mom is there for his son. My mom has beet hospitalized 5x already from April of 2020 until March this year. The last one when she collapsed in the bathroom and hit her face in the bathtub without no one knowing it. It happens so early in the morning. My sister just heard her vomiting after she wakes up from the floor. My sister thought she's vomiting blood again but she saw the big hematoma on her left face. She don't do chemo now but instead she's doing oral medication and has little cancer left. We are just hoping that it still will help to make the cancer gone. She didn't undergo surgery anymore. That is the story of our brave and strong mother. She is fighting to survive so that she can go back home here in the Philippines. She said she wants to die in her own country where her family and friends can see her.
