As I observed, there are many new noisers who are just starting their own journeys here on this month of July. I welcome you to the site whoever you are. I'll tell you at the start, that you are all like these pretty tiny pink flowers in my pictures. You will start here small, like those little flower buds, but as time goes by, you will bloom and will be admired by many. Expect in the beginning, that nothing comes easy, from giving and getting a heart with or without values, up to being followed by and be noticed by a number of people. There will be times in the beginning, that you will get nothing, no hearts, no values. You just keep going. Follow and abide all the rules here, and you will be trusted by the development team here. Work hard and put some efforts and believe that you will be successful here, for you can do it. If you will be noising here, do it with love, for it's all worth it. Have a genuine goals here, and make that goals scares you but also excites you to reach for it. Lastly, don't rush things, be patient and focus on your goals, focus too on becoming a better noiser, it doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you never stops and give up.
