We went to our local municipality to inquire about the ongoing registration of National ID, for we want to secure a copy for ourselves for future reference. There were a number of waiting applicants outside of a small office. Most people were scattered in front of a small closed door. Some were seated and some were standing. Whenever there will be an available slot inside the office, an officer will open the door and will shout for the next number to be entertained inside the office. One personnel was standing outside and was in-charged of disseminating the tiny application form and the number stub. There were a system in taking a queue, but still unorganized. Unorganized like those posters they pasted on the wall. It was so confusing and I bet you can see what I'm talking about. I think no one clarified it to the personnel outside, so I just asked him about it. And he, the personnel, admitted that there's a mistake in those announcement. In the end, we just chose to postponed our registration and promised to come back some other time. But this afternoon, my mother and my brother already got their applications, so it will be only me to come back some other time. ;)
