Hey guys, look what have I found out on my memories lane in FB. On this day, June 8, exactly three years ago, I shared a post from The Global Filipino Investors about the Jeepney Bitcoin Cash. ( pls. see the screenshot photo) Should you wish to read the post, here's the link: https://web.facebook.com/TGFInvestors/posts/1996169543729291 They called it Genesis Jeepney or Gen for short. It was crowdfunded by 20 cryptocurrencies supporters who donated .50 BCH each for the project. Their aim was to raise awareness about using BCH and other cryptos for public utility vehicles. It's an ambitious project that was affected by pandemic. Instead of having many individuals to learn about it, it was just put on hold due to the fact that there are only limited allowed jeepneys to operate in limited given operational time. As far as I remember, I saw this kind of jeepney together with a Bitcoin Core Jeepney while I was still working at the place of their designated routes. Hope to see it again soon once everything will be back to normal again.
