Pink was the predominant color that you can found in any main social media sites here in the Philippines yesterday, simply because, it was the surprise carrier color of one of the most awaited presidential candidate for National Election on 2022 who happens to have a different associated political color in the past. It was yesterday that Pink became the symbol of hope again, for some if not for many. Influencers, celebrities, school and building establishments, a tv station compound, a mall, and even products like converse, mentos, barbie, made pink as their profile image or incorporate pink on their post. As for me, a day before the announcement of the candidacy, without the idea of that color being revealed on that day, I searched for a bare scrap paper and found a pink one. Wrote a little gratitude letter to God. Have the side of the paper burned. Held it in my hands and looked for an apt background to captured it. That first photo is special, for while I'm doing the photo shoot, there's these 3 lovely little white butterflies roaming around the background and sometimes they came near to me, as if, they are telling me to include them in the picture. Too bad, when the picture was developed, they were far from the main focus and they were blurred in the picture, but you can still see them on the background. I never thought pink will became a powerful color yesterday! And that's one to be thankful for in my opinion. Oh here's a thing, I posted too some pictures with pink colors, and in order to protect my mental health from any bash/bashers, I unfriend, unfollowed, those people who I know who posted ridiculed and exaggerated language and opinions on their walls about the trending political color right after I posted mine.
