The best things in life, are free. That's true. This tray of avocados we got it for free. Some came from my auntie who owns that fruit bearing tree. All extra from their personal consumption were given to us. The kind of avocados she have, are those round ones that you can see in the pictures. While the other avocados came from our backyard. Mother picked all those fell elongated avocados from the ground. Nature has its own way of style so you can harvest fruits without too much effort, like that avocado tree which let its fruits to fell, so you can get it. Mother learned that those avocados are called evergreen avocados, because even they are green from the outside, it is now ready to be eaten, in fact she prepared some and put it already in the fridge. Thanks to "nanay" for her swift action on picking so we can have something to eat, otherwise, other tenants in this compound will gonna first pick it. lol

July and August kasi tlaga ang harvest season ng avocadoes, dami nyan sir masarap gawing ice cream yan pang dessert.
