California wonder The difference between a green, red and orange pepper is ripening time. I struggle to get them outta green territory every year due to either smoke haze or random cold snaps. I think next year I’ll try using those grow bags so I can move them around and chase the best sun (or a greenhouse at the tail end of the season.) I only grew wonders this year-I have no tolerance for spice or heat go figure 😂 I think I will try freezing them this year, as I still don’t have a canner right now (that’s my next prep to acquire). #Photography
