I saw on TV and in many media platforms that some houses are gone, roads are in deep flood, some are not yet rescued, and others have a growling stomach. It's heartbreaking knowing how difficult their situation is. Christmas is approaching and yet this happened to them. I'm thankful to our Almighty God that my family is safe. I'm praying that everyone will handle these hard times they're in.
Today was a productive day for me, thanks to the weather who made me do so lol! Since Mr. Sunny showed his shining shimmering splendid heat. Since I didn't wear a jacket I expected I could feel it's hotnest to my bones hahahaha. But still there we were driving to the place where we can buy our Christmas gift, since Shopee delivery will take a long time. Besides, my boyfriend asked me to accompany him. When we reached the place, I didn't expect that a lot of people were also shopping for the gifts, some brought their child with them. I feel exhausted from walking around the different malls, in and out. Find a perfect store that has a cute toy for my niece, well my boyfriend is the one who gave her that, she's spoiled to us, especially me. I mean I'll give her whatever she wants but I know the limitations. My other half also reminded me to control my actions by making her spoiled but what happened now, he also did the same hahaha. Anyway I'm tired of standing and choosing the best style that would suit them, from gift wrapper to Christmas card. However, it's worth it though I'm not yet done choosing a gift for my sister and no gift for myself. We came back home hungry, since we had no time to stop in a food court to eat, so we chose to take our lunch in the house. I'm trembling coz I'm starving to death lol!
My boyfriend helped me to wrap all the gifts, from my family to his. He said he knows how to do it so I let him and guess what? He truly knows how to form it perfectly. While here I am reading an article and posting some comments adding the formulation of my article for today. But of course I also help him, I'm the one who picks the cutest wrapper, then cuts the scotch tape. Hahahah that's only my purpose.
Moreover, from an hour of making it, we are already done with our gifts, how about you guys? Have you wrapped it already? Yeyy I'm excited to see my family's happy faces. Gezz! this excitement kills me. We prepared this early so we wouldn't do it in rush hours, which expected that a massive amount of people would be going out at that time, and to avoid the long queue in the cashier area that makes me sick. We are also planning to go to my province the next 2 days, since my mom's birthday is approaching. The brighter side is that I have no class, so I can stay there longer without thinking the weak signal that makes me bother if I have a homeworks. At least I can give myself some time to inhale fresh air which is opposite here in the city, and longing to have a peaceful mind from all the pain, mental or either physical. Living with family is much better.
